I am located in MD and soon be moving to IL, I want to send out my resume, already to that I can secure my self with a position prior to the move, but I dont no how to do that, If I say that I haven't moved out yet then I wont get any replies, they only usually reply to people that are ready for interview, now I can set that interview up if they give me at least a week, but I still dont want them to know that I live in MD and haven't moved yet, it lowers my opportunity. How should I post and what should I say ????
