Roughly 3 oz every 2 hours. I did/do feed on demand, but you will notice a pattern of time between feedings and how much it takes to fill him/her up very quickly. Baby will make up his own "schedule".
I have read that the general rule is 2-2.5 oz for every pound of body weight in a 24 hour period. So if your child weighs 10 lbs, s/he should be drinking about 20-25 oz per 24 hours. As long as the weight gain is at a steady rate, there shouldn't be any problem.
If you're concerned, you can always call your pediatrician or ask at the next visit.

I have a baby girl who is 4 months now and at 2 weeks she was drinking 6 oz every 3 hours. I took her to the doctor b/c I didn't know if it was normal and he said every baby is different. She did stop eating as much after about a month and has always had a normal weight.

At two weeks my son was drinking about 2-4 ounces every 2 hours or so. But each baby is different, and will drink more or less depending on his or her size, etc. If you're concerned ask your doctor if your baby is eating enough. As long as he/she is gaining weight there's no reason to worry. :)
