The topic for my speech is Stress. I just need to know how to end off my speech. My teacher said that we should always have a good conclusuion so people know when to clap at the right time and wont be confused so then you dont have to be like " ya... im done" . so any suggestions. Thanks

I learned when giving a speech; first you give an introduction telling the audience what you're going to tell them (2) then cover those things in greater detail and (3) summarize what you just told them. Good Luck.

Diane's advice is excellent. Just restate the 3 main points of your speech. For example:

"In conclusion, stress is universal, stress can adversely affect your health, and proper diet and exercise are an excellent way to limit the effects of stress."

Inconclusion, I would suggest anyone that feels under stress, see a doctor.
