walking into my dad's hospital room after a fairly simple heart procedure, to find another man laying in his bed, and my dad's name removed from the door.
they told us something had gone very wrong and they had to put him into ICU for a while (ended up being 3 days).
The docors wouldn't tell me what happened though.
When I walked in and saw him unconscious in ICU, he looked as though he'd been dead for a couple hours. I though he was gone, but they said they wanted to keep his body out of stress. Evidently, they had punctured a hole in his heart and he was bleeding out internally.
Praise God, my dad is fine now and watching tv with me as we speak! we were very lucky that week.

I was followed while walking home late one night from work, by a mysterious gold Cadillac. The driver pursued me relentlessly, until I quickly crossed the street, and hid behind a partitioned area next to an old abandoned gas station. I was terrified! Eventually, the driver finally gave up, and drove off.

There's a lot of things in my life I'd consider scary...
1) I almost drowned at Soak City
2) Being in the car the same time my dad's road rage kicks in
3) Being evacuated for the 2003 wildfires...
3 was the scarriest... ever...

When I was little, we stopped at a overnight rest area.Later that night, wild dogs attacked our truck and everyone else's vehicles. They were bitting the tires, bumpers.Back than a lot of people carried guns.So when people started shooting these wild dogs, they would attack and drag that dog away.Very scary for me.Still have flashbacks of the event.

At 14 I was built like an adult woman.
I was in a forested area being chased by an unstable adult man. I was lucky to get away.
