I'm not pregnant and not trying to get pregnant, but I heard it was good for your hair and nails. Are they okay to take?

Yes, they wont hurt you if you are not pregnant. They just have more of the things a woman needs if she is pregnant or trying to get pregnant.

I do not know if they work or not. I take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Heinz vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals so your hair will grow.
