No, I hate it . I was always compared to my older brother and it wasn't fun.

It depends on the sibling. If it's the oldest of my brothers then absolutely not because he's stuck up and thinks he's better than everyone else, he says hurtful things to people all the time so I don't want to be like him. My youngest brother and I are alot alike though so it doesn't bother me if I am compared to him.

I am rarely compared to my siblings, me and my twin brother are nothing alike. I guess I do get annoyed when some people say "you need to be more like your brother"

I recently visited my older brothers first girl friend from 35 years ago. They were family friends. She cried and ran out at his wedding. Well when I visited she cried every time I spoke and her whole family laughed, they said I sounded just like my brother. I just felt weird. I have three brothers, all older , all handsome guys. I always enjoyed being compared. It was always flattering.

well that depends, theres "mom alex stayed out much later than me twice last week, and he's not in trouble" or theres "katie why can't you be more like Jen, She payed for her own insurance at your age, and worked full time, and got a nobel prize" come on... How do you compete with that. or theres the neutral comparison.. "Katie your just like Sandi!! She could sleep through WW1"

i'm constantly while in comparison with my older sister. She's in simple terms Little omit suitable. yet she's 15 years older than me! Even my mom compares me to her, and she or he's no longer even my sister's mom (we in simple terms have the same father).
