everytime I turn around Akon is on another song it's crazy, he's really gotten popular. I like his voice and his newest song.

I first fell in love with him when I saw his video "lonely" at my friends house. Wow his voice is sooo sweet! His album konvict is pretty cool. I hate "smack that," am i the only one? But I LOVE "Dont matter" It is sooo sweet, I can hear his voice that i feel in love with the first time i heard him sing lonely when I hear him sing "dont matter" you can really hear how strong, sweet and smooth (lol 3 s's! yes im actually THAT stupid) his voice is.

I like him. His voice is really unique and his songs have a diverse subject base that a lot of R&B singers don't really have.

he is different and that is why he is all over the place. i am happy for him and i guess he is taking advantage of his popularity......i love afro beat and so i enjoy the distinct tonation and depth of his music....
