You're going to have to contact whoever is claiming you won a prize. Yahoo Answers is a forum for Yahoo users, not Yahoo customer service.

However, if you think you won any sort of Yahoo Lottery, I have to tell you there are no Yahoo lotteries, just a lot of lottery scams. Be careful who you give any personal information to.
