When i went to bed nothing happend but ths afternoon ther was a little bit of barley visible blood again. i didn't tell my mom because i don't even know what it was. i am 12 years and 8 months old. no more blood is coming and i am certain its done for now. whats happening and what do i do?

WHy are u so afraid to tell your mom about it !! it's not something to be emberasse from your .. the only thing u should be emberasse is posting this out so the whole world knows it ..but hey it'll come again .. tell your mom about.. but if u don't want to .. then here's some info u need to know .. it comes by everyonce in a month .. while ur having it .. don't drink cold water, eat sour things, spicy as well soft drinks.. you'll have some cramps .. drink hot water if u have that .. do not drink orange juice.. cause it has acid in it .. dress comfortably.. not too revealing .. well i guess that's about it .. hope this will help u .. if u have anymore questions, email me..

It may not have been your first period, you may have just been "showing" which is where a tiny amount of blood comes out, about a month before your period. Still, ask your mum to buy you some pads and tampons and stuff, and tell her what happened. You'd be surprised how un-embarrasing she can be.
I found you a website with heaps of information too.

For my first period, i had the same signs as u. THen i had my second period and it was heavy. U should just talk to ur mom about it. I know it may seem a little bit akward, but jsut talk to her. She will know more then most of us.

the same thing happened to me my first period. i'm 13 years and almost 5 months old. the first couple were just like that, getting heavier each one. also, it's normal for it to stop then start back up a couple hours later. :)

Yeah, I think your body is just getting ready for periods.
My first one was just brown crusty stuff on my undies.
You really do need to talk to your Mum about this. You will need her to get you prepared and buy you some sanitary items. Mum is going to want to help and guide you through this. That is what she is there for. Dont be embarassed. We all go through it. xxx Welcome to womanhood
