Your periods may be a bit hit and miss for a while because your body is still developing. Even if your were not stressed, it may not be regular for a while even up to a year.

Discharge usually occurs around the time of ovulation (when an egg is released by one of your ovaries) this is roughly 14 days after the first day of your last period but it may vary between women.

You may of ovulated later than you expected and your period will probably come in the next two weeks or roughly 14 days after ovulation. The average ovulation cycle is 28 days but can be as much as 35 days.

If your period does not return within 2 - 3 months then you should go to see a doctor to make sure everything is o.k.

I would not worry, you sound perfectly normal.

I guess this is an answer assuming you are not sexually active. If you are, then you may have other reasons for the nausea and cramps. Either way as you are now menstruating you need to be examined by a gynecologist and that doctor can explain more of what to expect from you period.

Stress can do alot of things to your body. You should seek professional advice though. Other things could be a cause to what is happening too, so seek professional advice.
