Yes take another pill...by the time you're at the end of your pack, ovulation will have started and then stopped. Hopefully you'll keep this one down. Don't take with water as water will upset your tummy more. Drink with 7up or Sprite, apple juice, Gatorade; basically any clear liquid. ONLY DRINK ENOUGH TO SWALLOW THE PILL. Hugs Hun - get to feeling better soon.

So many dumb people answered this question. Ignore everyone who told you to take another pill - that is not the correct thing to do.
Birth control is 99% effective when taken correctly - everyone forgets to take a pill every now and again and that really has very little effect on the pill's effectiveness - as it is changing your hormones and the pill just keeps those hormones level - missing one pill isn't ideal but it isn't a major problem either.
If you are really freaked out about it, just use a condom for a while - until you get your period next is probably advisable, but that also depends on where you are at your cycle - right at the beginning and you probably wouldn't get pregnant anyway - there is actually only a very small window of opportunity to fall pregnant in your cycle.
Take your pill tomorrow as normal - use a condom for exta protection and don't waste your money going to the doctor - with these precautions you'll be just fine.

If you have the stomach flu you may well throw another pill up also. Never take two on the same day ( you are not even sure the pill came up) Missing one day wont kill you and if you have the stomach flu you probably aren't having sex!! If you do use additional protection to be safe.
I would see a doctor about the stomach flu if it goes on for more that an couple of days. Drink fluids so you don't get dehydrated.
Good luck

Birth control pills work very quickly, so it was probably already in your system by the time you threw up. Call the doctor to make sure, but I know one time I took my birth control pill then litterally choked on a cold/flu pill about 15 mins later and threw up, and they said everything was fine since I had already taken it.

Your pill pack comes with a pamphlet that tells you what to do when you've forgotten a pill. Just follow those instructions.
Or take the next pill in the pack and continue from there. I tend to get sick easily and that's what I do when I've tossed up a pill.

You might not have actually thrown it up, so taking another one wouldn't be so good for you. Take your next pill at your normal time tomorrow, and follow the instructions which came with your pills for the precautions you need to follow for a missed pill.

Well I would ask your doctor to make sure. Because you will be messed up on the pills that you have left. I don't think you will be trying to have sex feeling the way you do, so you should be safe for now. But to be good and sure I would use a condom.

Take day after pill.
If you do not have, take two BC pills immediately. Day after pills are usually BC pills in double dose.
