Sasha Baren Cohen is WAY better than Tom Green. All you have to do is watch Da Ali G show. His skits make more sense, and some of them are pretty funny. Tom Green's show, on the other hand, is retarded, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't know the definition of humour.
I'm Canadian...and sad to say, so is Tom Green.

Well for me they are both funny in their own individual way...
BUT..
I would have to say Sasha Baren Cohen as he has real talent and is one helluva actor...♥

Cohen because hes quick on his feet andd makes jokes at others expenses. Tom green just does weird stunts that are funny for a few days before it gets old.

Being British, I'm bias, but I'd say Sasha. His humor is a bit more intelligent. Tom Green is someone I never got! Don't find him funny and never will.

each and every so often comics get a attractiveness as having the midas touch. look at Adam Sandler. He stopped being humorous some time past. in simple terms like Robin Williams. Who pitches those unfunny movies? Who theory 3 hundred and sixty 5 days One develop into humorous? answer: no person!! 2 solid performers who could no longer triumph over a detrimental script and a braindead director.

Sasha for sure!! Tom Green isn't even funny and he's overrated!! I wouldn't even put their names side by side! Sasha's humour has some intelligence in it where Tom's is just plain old toilet humour.
