The ones you are sound pretty healthy. However, there are some Subway sandwiches that are ridiculous! I saw in an articles that one sub (it was a meatball something) had upward of 110 grams of fat!!! So while Subway does have its healthy products, it also has heartstopper sandwiches. Just be careful with what you eat, like at all of the other fast food joints.

i admire Subway, and that they have a menu of healthful selections, all with 6 grams of fat or much less. in case you pick certainly one of those sandwiches, and leave off the cheese, mayo, or different creamy dressings, then you definately've a somewhat healthful sandwich. some years in the past Subway broadly publicised that a guy named Jared misplaced various weight following his own theory, 'The Subway weight loss software', which consisted of him strolling on a daily basis and eating the Veggie delight and the Turkey Breast sandwiches, with baked chips.

As "fast food" goes, they're one of the best because you can choose your ingredients and the exact amount.
Just keep the meat and the dressing other than mustard to a minimum; that's where the problems are.

If you add any extra toppings (ex. mayo, mustard, etc...) and do not eat the same sandwich that is advertised then you may end up getting a very little bit unhealthier. However, unless you load a sandwich with everything your fine.

Yes, they really are just make sure you get lots of vegetables like onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and other vegetables. Don't get cheese or mayo and have it with wheat bread instead of white! They taste really nice too!

Probably not any healthier than a big mac. When they advertise as being healthy they assume you ask for no cheese and meat meaning the one's with no taste. Actually you get one serving of vegetables by eating McDonald's fries.

It is all in what you have on it.....the more meat, cheese and fat(mayonnaise, oil, etc.) the less healthy.....also, do you get a footlong or a six inch....the less food, the healthier.
