Not a safe game to play.

You should never use your period as a measure of your ability to concieve. Some cycles are a little off time

That said, if you are reading the book you should ovulate on day 14 or 15 after the initiation of your menstral phase. Human sperm can last about 2 days.

If you had been lite for two days 28 and 29th of march, or your cycle is shorter than 28 day standard. The 9th could have been your ovulation day. YOU ARE SPOT ON FOR A FERTILIZATION EVENT.

Use a more reliable method for birth control. The Pill, Abstinence and Prophylactics all work well.

Rule of thumb haiving sex can lead to pregancy. I'm surprised how many people who post questions like this dont know that. If you dont want to get pregnant dont have sex or use precautions. Anway it depends on how long your full cycle is. Which is the 1st day of your last period until the 1st day of your next period. For most women it's 28days but for some it could be longer/shorter. Mine is 32 days. If you were ovulating during the time you had sex you could get pregnant. But no one here is a mind reader so you need to buy a test or see your doc.

Yes, it's possible. It was only 10 days after your period, but depending on your cycle, you could have been ovulating. Even if you weren't ovulating just yet, sperm can live up to 4 days in your body, so if you had sex right before you ovulated, you could still have gotten pregnant. Wait a few weeks and test! Good luck.

When in doubt, take a test ASAP. There is no rule of thumb regarding when you can or can't get pregnant. Generally, mid-cycle is the prime time in a "perfect" period (the kind nicely depicted in textbooks). Everybody is different.

Depends on how long your cycles are, if you were ovulating, was it just that one day you had sex....

Basically, anytime you have sex you could get pregnant. But the odds go up if other factors are present.
