It depends on the crime of course it can be capital punishment. In George Bush's case life in prison without parole would be the proper sentence for his war on the Iraqi people. .

Well, one of the Serbians convicted of genocide by the International Court, was given a 2 year sentence and transfered to a local serbian jail to serve his sentence.

They transfered him so his mom could visit him, and since the Serbians don't think he did anything wrong, his jail stay is alot like staying at a hotel for two years.

IE: kind of like Otis on Andy Griffith.

But, hey, after the International Court convicts Bill Clinton and Al Gore for illegally attacking/invading:

Serbia
Sudan
Haiti
Kosavo
Afghanistan
Iraq

All without UN approval, or Congressional approval for that matter.

Then they should get 200 years each.

And every Democrat who voted for them, should get 10 years each for conspiracy to commit crimes against humanity.

They decide. No guidlines. Sometimes they sentence guys to 10 years, then they're out in 60 days. Go figure.

nicely I even have many Syrian friends and its no longer actual that 80% of Syrians help Assad. Sorry pinky this is basically no longer actual. perhaps that variety is what share absolutely everyone seems to be scared to remark against him in public. Alawi ppl in many situations help him...and a few ppl listed right here are this faith so..of path you will get that type of answer from some right here....i'll enable you to wager which of them ;) Of all the folk I even have met from the Arabic conversing area...Syrian human beings have been the suitable and maximum type and unswerving friends to me. I have confidence in what those human beings have stated to me approximately their affected by Assad. it is likewise nicely documented. i think of its a confusing job to eliminate Assad yet no longer impossible. there became right into a time that no person in Egypt that I talked to might have confidence that the canines Mubarak ought to be overthrown the two even though it became into achieved!!! So i want to tell my friends in Syria to be solid and sensible. do no longer enable people who help Assad fool you with their fake claims of impossibilities. @Moe: so it is likewise logical to disclaim the suffering of all those human beings while my own eyes tell me distinctive? I propose what's sweet judgment then? anybody who believes Assad isn't a criminal isn't logical themself. and its additionally no longer "logical" to attempt and shelter human atrocity via pointing the hands at different who did crimes in the thank you to justify it. someone who believes the character is sweet would not would desire to attempt and component to others doing incorrect...that's what isn't logical. and that i might agree that the folk you pronounced would desire to be charged in court docket additionally...yet that does no longer propose that Assad is any much less accountable...I propose do think of absolutely everyone seems to be stupid to no longer see this diversion?
