The last few days, I smell something burning under the right side of my car. I only smell this when I come to a complete stop while driving. But not while driving. What could this be? I will definitely go to the dealer, but any ideas? Thank you!

likely brakes but please stop driving it until you get it checked out. anything that smells like it is burning IS BURNING !! maybe not on fire yet but it might turn into a fire soon. even the brakes can ignite into flame after they get hot enough /

Yea the brakes, you don't smell it while driving because the wind carries the smell away from you car..

Depends on what it smells like. Could be something rubbing on the tires, could be oil or gasoline leaking, could be the brakes, and it could be a dead muskrat that decided to live on your engine for the winter.

it's the brakes. you will also smell it when you exit your car. you most likely have warped or scored rotors that are wearing out the pads prematurely.
