If it is shut down you can either pull-out or swing-out the front of the burner (gun nozzle-shaped part). At the front tip you will see that nozzle screwed-in with the igniter rod pointing at it.

first you will have to remove the ignitor transformer...on some models these aare hinged and just have to be lifted up to see the tube that goes from pump that has nozzle on end of it .....this tube will also have ignitor electrodes on it..they should be a metal wire encased in a ceramic tube....remove this from line that comes from pump and slide it out of burner ...nozzle is on the main end and will screw out ...dont bend the electrodes while removing the nozzle...replace with the exact same nozzle..... replace everything and try your furnace out...

If you are going to play with your oil burner and you don't have a wet kit to check your combustion you could kill your family. Somebody that says he has 40 years in the business should have told you that. I go behind these morons everyday and fix their nightmares. If you change your filters and nozzle please have somebody do the setup.

First extensive type= gallons according to hour; 2nd extensive type = spray perspective; Letter(s) = Spray development. All 3 numbers/letters might desire to be the right ones on your burner/furnace to even get close to optimal performance.
