Vacuum bleed the rear brakes first to reset (unlock ) a stuck proportioning valve. Worked for me on my '75 chevelle. I bench bled the master cyl. and pumped and bled, pumped and bled with no success until I simply vacuum bled the system starting at the back. I quickly found that I was on the right track when the proportioning valve reset with a ringing Sproing!!! as I progressed. It was easy from there and a total success.

you need to bleed the master before you put it in the truck, and then bleed all4 in the order of RR,LR,RF,LF. if this dosent work, bring the master back for a new one. also, if you dont get any fluid out of the rear, the perportioning valve is stuck, and you will need a new one before you can properly bleed the system

Yes. Even when you're real careful, it's difficult not getting air in the lines once the system is opened.
Vacuum bleed the entire system again, including front.
