Patience.
Understanding.
Honesty.
Loyalty.
Devotion.

Take your pick.

It takes alot more than "one thing" to be successful in marriage. If it were that simple, the divorce rate wouldn't be so high.

He would have to be independant, not depending on anyone to help him through life (except maybe God), he would have to be respectful, loyal, honest, taller than me, responsible, true to himself, have goals, and be working to make his goals reality. He would also have to be a caring person, someone who doesn't hide his feelings. The list goes on (that's why I'm not married)lol.

Respect.
Never go to bed mad and if you are angry, get past it when you lay down together and never sleep apart no matter what. Even if you are so angry you cant see straight. Leave it outside the bedroom.
