Does anybody remember this show from the late 80's to early 90's?

Question

It was a childrens show, it wasn't animated, and their we're adult actors dressed up as animals. If I remember right at the end of the show during the credits the camera zoomed out and they we're all waving goodbye. Some of the characters I remember is the one female actress was a pink cat and a male actor was a fox. I'm pretty sure their was a bird of some sort too. I'm pretty sure it wasn't on Nickelodeon. If anybody has any rememberance of this show reply!

the show was called zooblee zoo Ben Verene played the part of Mayor Ben the Bird your refering to was a cockatoo who played the part I dont know it was on fox from the late 80's to the early 90's

Zoobalie Zoo. Not sure if spelled right. It was on disney right after Dumbo's Circus

I believe it was Zoobalee Zoo, it was on in 1986.Can't be sure of the spelling

I'm pretty sure it wasnt this show, but this was my all time fave show as a kid, i ferget what its called but i remember that they always said skinna merinky dinky doo skinnamerinky doo i love you! i love u in the morning and in the after noon i love you in the evening underneath the moon! hehe loved that show....

Yes, it was Zoobilee Zoo. I loved it. My favorite character was the fix-it Beaver. I have to admit that the fox kind of creeped me out. :-P
