You need to Pray. I would.
Here is what some remedies:
- rub baby’s gums with a clean finger or cool wash cloth
- give baby something cool and soft to chew like a teething ring from the refrigerator, for example
- give baby a bottle of cool water
- if baby is very cranky or has a fever, acetaminophen (such as Children’s Tylenol, for example) will help
- give baby a teething biscuit
- give baby frozen ice chips with parental supervision
- try a frozen wash cloth
- give baby a frozen banana with parental supervision
- a cold apple wedge wrapped in an infant sized wash cloth will give baby an incentive to bite down and work the teeth through when they taste the sweetness of the fruit
- over the counter teething gels containing benzocaine (use a last resort)
- NEVER rub brandy or any other alcohol on baby’s gums because it is a very dangerous poison to infants
Remember, if your child sleeps for five hours or more in one stretch they are not likely in a lot of pain due to teething. A good habit to get in to as soon as baby gets home from the hospital is to clean bacteria off their gums after each feeding. This will help them adjust to gum massages when teething begins and will prevent early tooth decay in tooth buds developing below the gum surface.

If she is "of age" you should give her the recommended dose of Infant's Tylenol, or Motrin. I think you can alternate the 2 every 8 hours, or something like that. Be patient, I know you're probably worn out, but I swear, the screaming, crying, fussiness, etc... does come to an end, eventually. Hang in there and Good Luck!!!

Take a break, Mom. Relax...take a bath. Take care of yourself too! Have you tried Tylenol? Baby Ora-gel? Old school remedy is rubbing a little whiskey (only a drop) on the gums, but I wouldn't recommend that...though I have done it with mine. Does she get juice? Maybe something new (a new flavor) would intrigue her and sooth her. Does she take a pacifier? Run it under cold water to make her want to chew on that.

You could try baby Tylenol for pain & fever, the dose goes with baby age & weight. (along with the teething gel) also a cold cloth for sucking on, I know you said you tried the cloth & gel, but with my son it only worked in conjunction with the baby tylenol. Good Luck, I hope this helps

Wow, i ought to have written this posting. enable me wager, she chews on the sides of blankets, she is flipping up her rather dresses to chew on, once you place the bottle in her mouth she chews on the nipple for a good ten seconds in the past she starts to eat, she sticks all 4 hands in her mouth, and there seems to be a superb quantity of drool coming off of her, plenty so as which you're commencing up to ask your self whether she would desire to placed on a bib in any respect situations, yet then she might basically chew on that! She has been somewhat heat to touch, yet no incredibly intense fever, basically around ninety 9, perhaps ninety 9.5, and her stool is plenty looser, and would have replaced shade. My toddler basically became 12 weeks and 2 days and we've been handling this for approximately 2 weeks now. while she gets incredibly fussy and exhausted i supply her somewhat tylenol in the past mattress so she gets a good night's sleep and not be achy and feverish. in short, yup, she is teething!

There are some little teensy tiny white pills that come in a little white jar with a blue label. I don't know the name of them, but they are organic. Wal-Mart has them but you have to ask at the pharmacy. I mean, they are small, each one is about as big as the head of a pin. They dissolve in the baby's mouth.

Teeting tablets have been a lifesaver with my 5 month old. We use Hylands. They contain herbs like camomille that calm the baby enough to let them get to sleep.
