I think Brighton is one of those names that would grow on you. My second son's name is Liam and I didn't like when I first heard it but then I fell in love with it. I think Brighton would be that way for me. Laurelee, I don't think I like it.

I think Laurelee is pronounced (lor-re-lee not lor-el-lee) Laurelee is cool but not too crazy about Brighton. I think you would better off naming your daughter Bridgette. You could always call her Bright.

I'm not crazy about Brighton for a girl. For some reason I picture the son from The Nanny and think of a little boy. Lauralee is beautiful. It sounds so precious and delicate.

Brighton is the name of a town here in Massachusetts and also in England therefore, I would not use that name as a first name.
Laurelee is a great name for a girl.

Brighton is the name of a town so probably a bit to weird. Laurelee is okay but if you are naming a kid be careful. I hated my name until I was 18 because know one could spell it and it was really different. Most kids just wanna fit it.

Brighton is okay, but Laurelee sounds like a fat soap opera watching woman.
