A hardware store or store like Target should have them, I got mine at one or the other, but I think I've seen them at both. They aren't too expensive.

Wal-Mart has them..you take off your regular shower head and put on the new one. It comes with all instructions and is easy to install. Some of them even come with teflon tape. If not just pick up a roll and use it on the threads..
I installed one in my extra bath just to bath my little dogs.

I'll bet that after you typed this.,. You went to the store for maybe a loaf of bread!?! & while at the store you passed a hardware store that was probably closed that you think you'll try going to during business-hours !?! did'nt you ?? I bought a good one at Meijer for about $20, but you can find 'em anywhere. Bath & Body works, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.
