Just saw your question. 7AM here.

Remember you are needed where you work. You are of value to them and it also gives you a constructive purpose. Without a purpose life seems to have no meaning.

Working overnight? You should stock up on Redbull energy drink. I used to work overnight and that's the only thing that keeps me awake
