Well, they are currently taking the side of terrorists over United States soldiers. They have a desperate need to hate America and everything that she stands for.
Chris - How does an assualt weapons ban prove that George Bush supports criminals? I am a proud owner of 2 assault weapons and I somehow manage not to rape, steal, or kill cops.
Rob - The asker of the question doesn't have a heart because he thinks the rights of the rapists, theives, and cop killers are more important than the trash that commits the crime? I feel sorry for you, you must have been dropped on your head in childhood.

We've become a very promiscuous society. Unfortunately, this promiscuity seems to be spreading like a cancer to include not just the everyday 7to4 , or 8to5, working citizen, it's become common among corporate leaders and public decision makers as well.
I've been around for 3/4 of a century,in my day,if someone was incarcerated for a crime , they did the time and they were stripped of their right to those privileges which law abiding citizens were entitled to. They no longer were citizens, they were a number!
I don't like labels, and it seems difficult to identify or distinguish pure liberals or conservatives,Republicans and Democrats, because they can be extremely to the left or to the right, within their own category.Instead, give me an American, down the middle, honest, fair, able to see both sides, and make just and rational decisions on that basis.
Today, what you see is,spineless weasels, scratching each others backs, and who haven't the courage of their convictions. They bend the Constitution, judicial laws, overstep their authority, and then base their decisions on being politically correct,or at least decisions which won't damage their political ambitions. There's nothing more dangerous than a scoundrel with a gavel in his/her hands.

My God, you are so on target here!
I have been in law enforcement for over 24 years. I am sick to my stomach at the things I have seen in the court system. The ways I have seen the constitution corrupted by lawyers is sad. The evil criminals that I have seen given light sentences by judges who feel that they are good people who just did a bad thing is disgusting.
And defense attorneys amaze me with their logic. Many of them actually believe that the scum they are defending need a second or third or fourth chance. I have personally spoken to many of them and they actually think that prisons should be emptied as the offenders need rehabilitation and not incarceration!

There are two ways to fix a problem.
Find out what cause the problem and fix the causes so it doesn't happen? The easiest, cheapest, least painful way.
Let the situation happen, (lets say the rape of a child) then kill them afterwards.
Your choice if your child?
America has more people in jail than any other country, and more crime than any other country.
It feels god to kill that guy, but its after the fact

they do not do that stop listening to right wing lies and start to think for yourself.
Bill Clinton gave more money to the police force and to build more prisons than George Bush has.
George bush did not renew the assault weapons bill that every police force in the country supported.
please tell me how liberals crime victims, take the side of rapists, robbers, and cop killers. show me a source beside Rush or O'rielly.
time to start looking at the facts and not the lies you are being told

It is easier for them to go after the NRA, S&W, and law-abiding gun owners who can think for themselves and like freedom. The only "victims" they help are those that serve their political agenda, which involves calling us all "victims".

The crime gives them more power over the masses. They pass laws that appear to help, but they don't.

Hmmm...
According to all the rants, I mean questions, on here a few days ago, liberals were the ones who "always" listened and sided with the victims, without looking at the evidence.
No we only side with the law-breakers? Talk about being indecisive.
And, no, liberals don't just take the side of these type of people. I don't think politics should have anything to do with deciding whether or not someone is innocent or guilty.
