that's an interesting question,
i remember 1 of the most negative quotation i come across to
"since fear & love cannot exist together,
if you have to choose what 's best for you
it's far much safer to be feared of, that loved"

so where can love fully overcome fear,
in a heart in which love is fully reinforced.
not in which it's but secondary to fear.
Yes it's not safe, at least you didnt let fear kill U completely.

"where" is an interesting concept... only when one recognises that they are not the only one but that all is one... it starts to begin when you realise that to arrive at the point of understanding "where does it happen" requires an understanding that can consider a perspective from "everywhere".

We could replace "where" with when... and it would be the same answer because it is no where but right here and right now! It is simply a matter of a choice you must make at some point for there is no escaping it is there?

try asking us with "how" and "why"...

Love and fear do not walk hand in hand. How can you love someone you fear. That is not love that is fear. You love the one you do not fear but respect. Which it turn has to be given back. Love and respect walk hand in hand.

With inner strength...faith...hope...When the Love embraces the fear..." says " " It's alright ... I'll hold you and guide to through this grayness of " fear " to the light of Love. That ' voice ' speaking is the person's inner self that's listening. Not all listen...yet the ' voice ' is still spoken...the voice of authentic Love...Love from the One touching the soul.

Ask Kitty Farmer and place your "X" along the lifeline....or you can do what Donnie Darko did and tell her to shove a book up her a**. ;=) As Donnie said, there is a whole spectrum of human emotion; neither fear nor love exists by itself. The presence of one does not preclude the presence of another. You can be very, very afraid and still love.

It's hard to answer, when you have no fear to a person and also have no love.

When you accept that you have a fear, you free yourself to love.

When you see the oh-so-human flaws in someone else, and recognise your own, but still love the person, therefore understand you are lovable.
