Depends on where I'm at. If i have the slightest feeling someone will spit in it, then no. Otherwise, I'm such a picky eater, that my order is usually always wrong. I try to be as nice as possible when asking the waiter to take it back, but, as an ex waitress my self, I know it's not always the waiters fault, alot of time if the cook.

Usually if the order is wrong then you politely tell the waiter/waitress that you didn't order that and if they are smart they will take it back immeadiatley and bring you back what you ordered.

No. But when I order Pizza at home and they send the wrong thing, which seems to happen more and more often, I call and complain and get a credit on my next order.

If they gave me meat, then yes, I don't eat meat and I wouldn't eat it just for the sake of not embarrassing the waiter.

It depends how wrong it is. If they put onions on my burger and I asked them not to, I'll just pick them off. If they give me the chicken instead of the ribs I ordered I have them take it back.

Yes. I want to get what I paid for. If it's something small like i asked for no tomato and they gave me tomatoes, I'm not going to make them take it back. But if they gave me the wrong thing all together, I just ask them politely to get me what I'm paying for.

I guess it depends on how messed up it is; if i can just take something off or i can still eat it comfortably, then its fine. if its really wrong and i cant bear eating it, then I very politely ask for it to be rectified, thank them graciously & sometimes tip them extra for their cooperation

depends on how wrong it is. if i specifically ask for it a certain way, like without onions and mushrooms and it comes smothered in them, its going back. but if I ordered a bacon cheese burger with chedder and it's swiss, no biggie.

Nah! Only when I order, I call them after eating their crap and give them some to get a credit off my next order...And it works!
