Since the case never even went to trial due to lack of evidence, the players' families should be compensated for all that bail $ they had to put up. In civil court I think only a 9-3 margin is needed for a win.

I'm sure thats exactly what they want, more court time. They could but they won't. They just want to get back to their regular lives, put all this behind them.

'kinfolk violence and toddler endangerment' - you ignored that she became right into a sufferer of poverty back in that!! Poverty isn't a sufferer status as such - jointly because it incredibly is the direct reason for some issues, alongside with stealing nutrition etc - there is not any justification for fake costs to attempt to make money - she would desire to have been charged with fraud! 'you're goin' down - fraud's a Federal rap, Mikey - and you gets the chair - 'n i do no longer propose the chair raise at Aspen!' . nicely, somewhat intense, yet... Poverty would MITIGATE punishment for a criminal offense, even though it would not justify the crime. as quickly as I get my 2nd e book out - you could study all some particularly disadvantaged formative years there, concerning a kinfolk i understand nicely - that would desire to close maximum of those feminists up! (snorts - 'adult adult males's privilege' - 'oppression' - shee-hit! You gotta be wealthy to even think of that way!). component is - out of that kinfolk - 2 little ones out of six went off track by drugs - 4 did no longer. component is - you could decide on!!

Any body can sue for any reason. There are many parties that could be liable. The county court for false accusations, the police department for their investigation, the flip-flop witness for defamation of character, The school for suspending them with no conviction. There has to be someone to sue that has something to get back.

Sue her for what? She is a hooker and a druggie. Something tells me she doesn't have much to give, monetary terms. The best bet would sue the district attourney's office for ruining more than a year of their lives because they believed some black drug addict hooker over upstanding white men.

that sleezy stripper, with her illegitimate kids should be imprisoned. She made a false report to police officers, which is a felony. She is getting off because she is black. Plain and simple. They said tonite on 60 minutes that it would "upset the black community" well WHO CARES. It upsets me, the white community, to see someone get off for putting these boys through hell. She should do the jail time and be sued for all that money they had to spend to clear themselves. Maybe we should go picket her house, like the black folk did to the lacrosse boys. I'm ready...are u ? Well, actually we dont picket that much because we HAVE JOBS and dont have time for that. A lot of black people have time for that, because they dont work.
America sucks anymore

They could and they should. In addition, she should be arrested with a caravan of 12 squad cars going to her house to take her away. Her being thrown in jail will make up for not having any money.

However, this won't happen because of political correctness, because of Feminist Jurisprudence and because of special rights that women have.

Why? It's the "come forward" mentality. It is thought that women won't "come forward" to press charges, whether they are legitimate or not, and the most important thing to feminists is that women "come forward" and not "be afraid," even if charges are false. They believe that a woman being held accountable for such falsehoods would make her afraid to "come forward."

I say that it's time to get rid of Feminist Jurisprudence, along with the "come forward" mentality, and there should be both criminal and civil penalties when someone "comes forward" with a pack of lies.

You can try to sue anybody that you want too. Whether you win or not is a different story. Does she have anything that they could get?

It would be throwing good money away. She'll never have anything, in all probability, and if they get a judgement against her, she'll never try to have anything. She will just wind up another "welfare mama."

They should. But the accuser probably doesn't have any money or assets.
If they won, they would likely get nothing.
