Do you stand by and let it go on or do you step in and stop it?

It depends, the injustice has been known to get me going quicker than somebody just breaking the rules. I pretty much intervene when somebody is in danger of being harmed or ridiculed badly.
The fact that I'm pretty big and carry a firearm and a badge doesn't hurt my chances of intervening without too much conflict. I just hate seeing people get hurt.

If you're shy or what not best thing is to make a stupid excuse. Like if you see some guys trying to get someone who doesn't want to smoke...to smoke, go and say something like, your mom is here. So you don't put yourself in danger and for the moment you can do other things. If nothing seems to be helping call Kids Help Phone.

I try to step in and stop it--I can't stand it when people break the rules, they are there for a reason...unless of course th rules themselves are unjust...then it's a whole different story

If its physical harm one may intercede
to request your motion to cease the injustice,
otherwise i would be cautious in stepping in
to change a pattern of behavior ~

I would step in and help -- stop it if I could. More people need to get involved and not look the other way.

I tend to charge in...
I've been accused of being a "crusader", but I don't like to see people, or animals, get stepped on....

I use to try and stop it< but getting older I limited to old people, kids and animals.
