Yes, 2 years ago in New Mexico. I threw a few paper airplanes out. The experience was great.

No, but I've made one. In 5th grade we made like 50 small ones. Our whole grade got into groups and made one. It was really cool. They were about the size of 3/4 of a coffee table--width and height. They really worked and all like the real ones. We let them all off in our football field.
