i have no idea, most people who do that would be more attractive if they gained 15 or 20 pounds.

Not all skinny people complain how fat they are... I have a friend who says she is too thin and is trying to put on weight!!!!

Because they are so obsessed about being fat that they will always complain about being fat. That and it gives them something else to complain about

because 2 kg to a skinny person is a big difference to 2 kg on a fat person.
You would be surprised how many people comment to a skinny person "you have put on weight! your looking good" that is the worst thing to say to anyone! no one wants to hear that, then the complex begins...............

its called body dysmorphic disorder,I have it and Its hard to get over.I think im so fat when I look in the mirror and now im on a diet to become 104 pounds and im 5'2.I hate my skin,my eyebrows,my stomach is so full of hanging fat,my eyes look so tired.

they're fishing for compliments or want to get the fatter people annoyed.overall, just love attention and to have their ego stroked.
maybe they have BDD-body dysmorphic disorder and are obsessed with their weight, so they need constant reassurance that they're not fat.

I have NO idea! But it's annoying as Hell, isn't it? Maybe they just want to make sure someone sees them and doesn't mistake them for twigs or something!
