Without any context, nobody can effectively answer this question. In what situation did you disrespect a woman? Did you do it for fun, or was there another purpose to being disrespectful?
If you want a proper answer, you need to pose a proper question. There are simply too many factors that can justify one side of the argument or the other.

surveys have shown there is more women in prison than there's ever been...because men don't respect women these days and the women are starting a rebellion...sometimes the only way a woman can leave an abusive relationship is to eliminate the problem..our court system needs to be revamped..and yes, you all are disrespecting yourself

Yes. Whenever you disrespect anything that is important to your survival and wellbeing, you are disrespecting yourself.

True equality does not mean complete pandering and subservience to the female gender. True equality means treating them like you would treat any other person; if he deserves respect, you give him respect, if not, then there is no reason for you to give more than what is polite to be given to strangers.
Just remember; honor is self-esteem made visible in action. The way you treat others is the way you look inwardly upon yourself.

yeah, you can't see what's not of your own mind to disrespect it, anyhow. So ultimately anything you judge in any manner is your own idea of what you are percieving, its an aspect of yourself.

Although, you may want to consider why you feel it is acceptable to be disrepectful to anyone. And then, when you are disrepected by another consider why anyone should be respectful towards you.
