Is it illeagal to carry a cell phone in a school in PA?

acording to my principal it is but that seems a little strange so any input or links to an official source would be great. thanks

There is no state law. It is just up to the rules, policies, and procedures of the local school districts.

It might be illegal to your school..."illegal". It doesn't matter anyway as long as you have it silenced and keep it in your pocket.
