I need some websites, because I've been searching for weeks, all I getting is Black Sweater Turtlenecks.

try llbean.com, landsend.com, eddiebauer.com. These websites all carry "knit" turtlenecks made from similar material to t-shirt, which I think is what you are going for.
that's all I can find now. it is a bit late in the year to be looking for turtlenecks. But I usually get mine from ralph lauren, jcrew, etc.
