Hard to tell. Some of it will be determined by your genetics and some of it will be helped along with nutrition. I assume you're a healthy 13 year old who isn't malnourished (e.g. you eat regularly and you eat reasonably healthy food) so I would say that you should look around at your family. Pay particular attention to the female members in your family that are closest to you genetically such as sisters, aunts and of course your mother. Cousins too, but less so. If they tend to be on the tall side then you might have some growing left to be done yet. If they're all on the shorter side then you *might* not have much more height to gain, but it's still completely possible that you will.

If you want to give yourself all the help you can get then you may want to drink plenty of milk as the calcium and vitamin D will help your bones grow. You might also want to have your mother pick up a children's multivitamin at the drugstore and take those as suggested on the label. That way you'll be sure that you're getting at least the minimum amount of all the vitamins and minerals you need everyday.

Good luck!

You will probably grow until you are about 16 years of age. Girls usually stop growing about then, boys can still get some height until they are 17 or 18 years of age.

Remember that height is genetics. Look at mom and dad, your grandparents, aunts and uncles and see what their average height is. That will usually determine how tall you will be. So if you have tall family members, more than likely you will get quite a bit taller. If your family members are on the short side, you might not put on much more height.

I'm 5' 5' and stopped growing in the fifth grade. I was the tallest kid in my school and now am an average height woman (40s).

Look at your blood family members who are adults (especially women) and you might get an idea of how tall you'll be. Also, sometimes, big feet may be an indication of future height.

i stopped growing at age 13 or 14. have been 5'4" ever since. 5' 3.5" is the national average for woman.

also, your height is determined by your genetics. look at your family members and that will give you a good estimate on how tall you will grow. Especially if you know you take after certain sides of the family. I take after my dad's family and I am just a hair taller than my grandmother and great grandmother. My brother takes after my mom's family and is tall just like they are.

A female usually stops growing around the age of 16....so it's hard to tell.

Look at the females on both sides of your family and you'll have an idea.
