It probably need cleaned. I wipe my Rollers with Rubbing Alcohol and it cleans it. Just need to know how to get to it.

It is probably trying to but cannot get a grip on the paper.
Try putting in more paper (fewer sheets of media makes it more difficult for it to grab). Another workaround is to use thicker media than what you have. That also helps the printer to pick up the paper.
The last option you have is to clean the rollers. Attached link is a document that shows how to clean rollers. I have no idea what your printer is but this should work generically because all printers have the same roller mechanisms.
