Pediasure is usually recommended for young children, who are having trouble getting all their nutrition. Why do you need to drink it? Pediasure doesn't tend to give anyone headaches.

Hi there,
I'm a dietitian. There is nothing in Pediasure that should harm you. It's just a meal replacement shake.
While I wouldn't recommend you consume these on a regular basis as a source of nutrition, they probably won't do you any harm.
I cannot think of any reason for Pediasure to give you bad dreams. There are some people who find that eating (anything) shortly before going to bed gives them bad dreams. But this is far from proven, and dependent on the individual.
The logical thing to do is stop drinking Pediasure, and see if the dreams go away.
Good luck.

Ok I don't know what kind of question that is... Pediasure will not harm you in fact it could be good for you. As for the bad dream thing I don't see how it is related. Adults have bad dreams just as little kids do but pediasure cant cause a bad dream.

Not likely ......... why at age 32 are you even drinking pediasure? They have adult daily vitamin drinks now. You can get Ensure,Boost etc. They also come in great flavors and are more suitable for your needs as an adult. They even have generic brands that are the same just a litle cheaper. Hope this helps!!!!!

Hmmm. I highly doubt it. Pediasure is just thick milk with lots of vitamins for children. Dont worry about it. As far as your dreams, pray before you go to bed...God will help you keep the evil nightmares away. It works for me!!!!!!!
