It all depends on what your business is about. Put some more info so I can answer better. For you specifically I would recommend a blackberry or a cellphone with the email push software. I find this essential because I am always receiving emails from clients, partners or future clients. Highly recommend it.

They should have good mentlylity and be honest with the onwer and good expertise. The rest is so easy to get it step by step.

Materials, supplies, devices would be the second step to think about.

"detailed as possible" would be nice if you gave some details.

Are you a baking company? if so, maybe a bakers hat and apron would be enough.

Are you opening a repair garage for cars? they might need a few wrenches.
