Actually I have been walking 4.5 miles per day which seems like a lot but it isn't that hard. I can't run due to an injury. Last week it was 21 miles and this week I am shooting for 30 miles. I could be off work for up to 6 months according to my doctors. So a good cardiovascular workout is necessary.

You brat, here you are, making me think again! Hmm. Seems I'm not running to anything. All my energy (positive) is used in the moment I'm in. This doesn't mean I haven't dreams, plans & goals. But I don't "vault off" after them. I internalize, evaluate & "flow." Never really thought about it until your (again) provocative question.
Edit: Just scanned your answers. I'd like to comprhend what peternal means by "Divine presence, which exists in this moment." I don't see how one would be running to catch up to that???

Not a d*mn thing. If I need to pursue it, it obviously would prefer not being in my company...
