If you didn't enter the competition it's a pretty good bet you didn't win the prize.

Don't email them, they'll just send you more spam. If you've opened an email from someone you don't know, give your pc a full anti-virus and anti-spyware scan a.s.a.p.

You don't get anything for nothing, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information. Just google scam and see how many hits yoou get, there are millions of them and they are all aimed at taking your money.An excellent site giving advice on how to recognise and avoid scams is at www.rz-berlin.mpg.de/~wm/wm-lotto.html Also If you go to the following link you will get some info on ID theft www.identity-theft.org.uk the iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful.

Those are just scams. Specially if they say to not tell anyone about it because of a number problem or something like that. Give us more info on what you supposedly won and who it is from and I can give you more info to go to.
Search for 419eaters site and look at the scams listed there.

If they ask you to send money in order to collect the prize, it is probably a scam. You can check on www.snopes.com to see if there is anything about the organization that is saying you won the prize. You can also Google the organization to see if anything is said about them.

It's a scam !! Did you enter the contest they say you won ?
Delete the e-mail and forget about it. Do not answer or provide any information

It`s a scam. Don`t answer the e-mail, dump it.
You don`t get anything for nothing.
Simply ditch the email.
