I am 16 and have job interview at local grocery store and the e-mail says that it is essential that you wear "appropriate interview attire" and will be participating in team activities. My first interview and i have no idea what to wear... HELP?!?!

Slacks, a short sleeved shirt with a collar, and casual dress shoes. That should do the trick. Also make sure you get a clean cut. Usually for impression is the last impression.

OK this is just a guess but I'm thinking a good pair of slacks with a button down shirt and tie or nice blouse if you are female. Nothing too hard to clean but still more formal.
You also could contact the manager by phone and ask for clarification.

Wear thr same color pants the employees do and a white shirt and tie.
