I have 3 charges on me: possesion, possesion with intent to sell, possesion of drug parafanalia (all at school), how much time and probation am I looking at?

Well being that marijuana is still a very serious felony, I mean even if you try to say it was medical it would be a federal charge so I think you may be lookin at at least 15 years. You should really think about cutting a deal. For Gods sake dont tell on the guy that sold you the stuff because it is widely known that the weed salesmen guys are like the dudes from scarface. Maybe if you plead to a charge of guilty they'll take mercy on you and let you off with a warning of ten lashes by the jury and youre going to get jail time. But probably only 10 years if youre good.

It varies from state to state...
My older brother got caught growing by my Dad back in about 1972... brother was 15 and Dad kicked him out of the house for a year and sent him to a no-nonsense Uncle in Montana.
Personally, I think PARENTS should be held semi-responsible... and of course given back the right to beat their children !!

It's hard to say, the scale is what's going to get you burned. If I had to guess I'd say you are going to the Youth Authority until age 18. You didn't mention which state you live in, yours might be more lenient.

You're probably looking at a few years even if you are only 15. Don't even try the whole "medicinal purposes" thing you'd have to be able to prove it.
