He was basically saying that they are going after Imus because he has more of an audience than rappers. Am I the only person to never hear of Imus until this scandal broke out but I know about rappers and their lyrics? I also think they are taking their attack on Imus too far. He shouldn't have said what he said because it was wrong, but nobody is mad when rappers are degrading women and calling them "ho"s. What is your feelings about this situation?

I didn't know who Imus was until a few days ago.As long as Imus isn't hurt physically I really don't care about the story too much.The adults can do whatever they want.Also I do get upset when I hear rappers degrading women.I even talk about it but nobody listens.

i agree with Jonathan of the hills. their job is to shock, but what he misses is the fact that time and time again Imus has proven himself a racist, this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened, but it is nice to see the world has lost touch with this wind bag.
One Question have you heard Howard stern, most have and they are the competition to each other. Howard is parody...Imus is pathetic.
By the way who listens to Imus...

its total junk. its a shock jock, he says things to "shock" people. and i really dont think its that big of a deal and those basket ball players need to GET OVER IT and stop acting like a bunch of oh im so hurt sissys. its NOT A BIG DEAL! as far as i am concerned they did look pretty ghetto the way they present themselves anyway. now here is point in case! ever listen to howard stern bust on black people? dear lord! imus is NOTHING compared to what went down on that show! and its just COMEDY!!!! ITS ENTERTAINMENT!!!! just like how i could totaly smack around some of these black comics for what they say about white people, i dont because i know its a JOKE and i know its ENTERTAINMENT and i can LAUGH ABOUT IT. the reason those basket ball girls didnt laugh about it is because some one told them not to. they probably felt like sh.t after because TONS OF SPORTS FANS LOVED IMUS' SHOW!!!!! and they OVER REACTED!!!!! its total junk. i mean yeah what the guy said is wrong bla bla bla, but the media is portraying it in a whole different light than what it is really about! ENTERTAINMENT. so the next time you hear some black comedian busting up on white people RUN AND TELL THE GOOD REVERENDS!!!!! people need to get a grip. its stuff like this that really separates us, and those girls did have the ghetto look about them, some of them. not like a professional athelete should, bringing fashion and style to the court in any other way than with your game is stupid. look at allen iverson and such, they look like idiots on the court. just my opinion, but i think the whole situation is stupid and doesnt warrant the "outrage" and nonsense in the media.
