can a seamstrees do any type of work?

i want a military jacket but i cant find one so i was wondering if someone can make it

I'm a seamstress and I've made military coats for re-enacting before, so I'm sure other seamstresses could.

i don't really consider that a military jacket. but yes, a seamstress can usually sew just about anything. The key to this jacket is the intricate detail trim which you will need to purchase.
