false accusations to thepolice? If they have been proclaimed innocent of all charges why isn't she being held accountable? or is she?

I believe she should be prosecuted but I find the actions of District Attorney Nifong exponentially more reprehensible. She should be held accountable for bringing false charges but the whole thing wouldn't have escalated into such an ordeal for the kids and their families if this lawyer had actually conducted himself in an ethical fashion, which he clearly did not.

I cant believe that this ho can cause all this trouble with her lies not to mention the money they all had to hire lawyers to defend themselves from her lies and the reputations of the Duke boy's are ruined forever. If it were the other way around and a white had made these accusasions it would be a different story.

I think I read in the paper when they asked the accused students if they would sue her that no they wouldn't because she had history of mental problems etc so they would not sue. But I don't think they need their approval for the police to bring charges.
