ok...my mom loves dolphins and shes always wanted to swim with them....we went to sea world and she got to pet them and feed them and she was in heaven!!....i never saw her look so happy....my mom has lupis.....its worse than 5 or more cancers together...the doctors told her that they would rather have any cancer than have what she has....(sad...i know)..well tommorow isnt garenteed for any of us...but it realllly isnt guarenteed for her more...thats why i would like to find a place where i could take her to swim with the dolphins but i cant find any place ....please help.....i dont want to go to sea world b/c you have to pay to get in and then pay to swim with the dolphins and thats just too much money...im looking for a place in california...anywhere in california.....if you could just please help me find a place i would realllly appreciate it and i know my mom would too..she has given me soo much and now i want to give back to her..please help anyway you can, thanx :)

Hi im kittyinthecity1995 and i would like to help you. I searched in the Internet and found this website called e-dolphinswim.com
There is a bar at the left side saying at the location were you would like to swim with the dolphins. In the bar the 5th sentence says 'swim with dolphins in California' click on it and it gives you more information about it. I could'nt find more information because i dont know the city you live in but if you tell me i can try to find an aqarium so your mom can swim with the dolphins and you can make her very happy. thanks,

Can't help you out with California but the Trainer for a Day program at Discover Cove in Orlando is worth the plane ticket! It's only $450 a person and you get a private tour of the faciltiies, get your own private trainer to follow around and help, you get to make food for the dolphins, play with the small mammals, swim in the ray tank, feed the rays, swim in the reef and you get not one but TWO dolphin dips, one with other people and one priavte with you, your trainer and multiple dolphins! My mom and I did this in October and it was one of the most amazing experiences EVER and I highly recommend it. It is SO worth flying to Florida for!!!

As for the person who said shark swimming, you can do that (and I have) at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ. That was even cooler than the dolphin swim, being 2" away from a 9' tiger shark... Gadzooks!!!

How much are you looking to spend? I do not know any places in California,but I went swimming with dolphins in Florida at Discovery Cove. It was pricey, but you had free admission to Sea World and Busch Gardens as well as all you can eat. My mom went swimming in Cancun. The price was equivalent to fifty dollars, but you only swam with dolphins for a half hour.

I have been a surfer for years. And sometime the dolphins come around, and I always thought that was exciting. And then one day, these two sharks showed up and swam around me.. and man, THAT was freaking, heart pounding, terrifyingly exciting. I think someone should come up with "swimming with sharks". Your mom would really remember that....

sounds serious, if you live in orlando,florida you can go to disneyworld or in canada, go to marineland or hong kong, go to aquaworld(or something like that)
