I was at a restaraunt a few days ago and while taking a dump I realized that most restrooms in restaraunts have toilet seats.

The only toilets I have seen like the one's you describe are public toilets.
I wouldn't be eating at a restaurant that didn't provide the obligatory toilet seat! Regardless of them being male or female toilets.
I would put it down to them being cheap and nasty!

the females people's bathing room is so disgusting! i don't get it. i assume in case you bypass their properties it sort of feels basically the way those females people use the showering room. i do no longer understand how some females people think of of it truly is cool to bypass away their tampons or pads indoors the showering room or an magnificent turd or piss on seat. EEEEWWW and that i assume person adult men have no clue how unwell some females people must be.

Most likely for health reasons... and because people would probably break them because society is just like that now a days.
