It's context dependent. For a white American, it's clearly the N-word. I'm not sure what it would be for other races or demographics.

The 4-letter feminine c-word is fairly inappropriate regardless of the circumstances.

The F-word is much too versatile and has far too many useful applications to garner serious consideration.

In Ireland and England, the word "bollocks" is considered highly inappropriate. However, it is a word that is permitted by the FCC for use on the airwaves.

Admittedly, this does not answer your question, but I hope it helps.

I know I've tried to have this discussion with everyone of my teachers. They just tell me not to say the bad words because they're disrespectful. Well I guess new school this year, I guess I'll just keep asking my teachers this.
