I think of mostly the good, there are a couple of bad things that I remember, but the good over powers the bad.

its interesting to share here that i am among the few that have been blessed for brains wealth and whenver whatever i did turned out to be the right choice it ranges from real estate through my career as well as my personal life because what i guessed twenty years or thirty years back even as a boy turned out to be what i imagined and deliberated in the company of those being witness to it and they are living so i would say its the real innerself when thats in order its very rare that one may get into things that one may repent i seldom
faced any such intriguing thing untill now so ups and downs are there to keep us awakened

I remember it all because I do not see it as good or bad but the way it was. I hate that people let emotion cheat them out of memories. Tell a story as dispassionately as you can and then argue right and wrong and see where that gets you.

It's a great challenge in the spiritual side of our life to focus on the right and good parts of life. I know people who are truly happy, grounded and content, yet they have suffered great loss and hardship.
For me, it's always a act of conscience effort to focus on the good, but it is worth it.
