Sweetie,
You are going through many changes physically and emotionally. Your body chemistry is out of balance with hormones. You are transistioning to adulthood and leaving childhood innocence. Your mom needs your help in helping through this period of your life. Be patient. Try to talk with your Mom, your school counsoler, your doctor and/or your pastor. Each one might be able to help you in their own way. The more people you can talk with, the greater insight you might find.
I have lost all of my grand-parents, my mom, my step-dad, and my dad. The one thing I have learned is you will miss them, but you need to remember the good times you had with them because they wouldn't want you to be sad. They will always be with you in your heart.
God Bless

wow Kate,
I do feel for you! I am a nanny for a girl your age, and I to have been your age before! It is a tough age, I am not quite understanding what exactly is so wrong. I know I am not in your shoes, and you sound very unhappy. Are both your parents sick? Do you have any close aunts or uncles? I wish you the best! Try to hang in there. You should start a journal. Sometimes it helps to write your feelings down on paper. I will be thinking about you! Good luck

You need to talk about this, and not just here on Yahoo Answers. This sounds like it goes way beyond normal teenage angst. You need help - professional help. It sounds to me that you might be experiencing some heavy duty depression. I know, I've been there too.
You must get to a doctor, and if your parents won't take you, go to the school councilor and ask them for help. Do so sooner rather than later, we've lost too many kids to suicide, which untreated depression can lead to. Not to mention drug abuse, running away and homelessness.
Believe me you are worth the trouble, you really need to take care of you. Asking for help is not weakness, it is a very adult thing to do.
Please Take Care!!!!!!!!!

try to relax, and rest everytime you can't find answers it helps when you are feeling confused . Everything it's in your capacity to see things in an anti-depress way, speaking with a doctor it's a good choice too .

I think you should see a doctor, its sounds as if you could be suffering from depression. Do you have a spiritual advisor , Priest/Preacher you can talk to? You're way too unhappy for just being 14, please see a doctor.

Don't worry. It's just a stage that you will soon pass. My granddad died 3 years ago in December, and i never got over it until summer break. It will pass.
I hope you get alright. If someone asks, just tell them that you don't feel so well.
